  • Can I subscribe to Wildlife Secrets outside of Australia?
    Yes. Our online ordering page will allow you to select an airmail postage component that is valid for all non-Australian destinations.


  • I am having trouble using the online subscription service
    1. Occasionally the banking online service can be down for maintenance. If this is the case, please wait an hour or so and retry
    2. Sometimes credit cards are expired without the using realising. This will require contact with your issuing bank.
    3. Details may not match the bank's records. This may be the case when ordering for another person. Please ensure the person who owns the credit card has their name and address details correct in the card details area. Use the second field group for alternative delivery details.

    In general, read the response that is returned from the NAB processing service. If in doubt, please     contact us and we will help in rectifying.
  • Can I order magazines over the phone?

    We have standing order agreements (Can be faxed or emailed to you), which will let you outline the number and details of shop for magazines to be mailed out to. The minimum order is 5 magazines.
